    Current state of WS87... was thinking last night.. since I am at this point.. how hard/expensive is it to sandblast (or whatever it is) the whole car?

    You don't want to sand blast it. Use media blast. It use to sand blast anything from trailers to loaders to wheels to plates for roller coasters. To blast a whole car could cost probably areound $700-$1,000 depending on the meterial and quality job.

    Ouch! Seriously??? Then I guess its back to sanding discs and my drill...

    It's better to do it by hand anyways, cause the force of the blasting will put tiny small dimples in the metal. then after that you got a TON of bondo work to do after that

    Yeah, everything but the dorrs and the glass (and the windshield will be coming out soon (needs replacing) A few more wires and the rest of the dash will be out too.. then its COMPLETELY down to the body...

    Yeah, me too.. but at this point if I skimp.. I'm gonna regret it.. but I hope to strip it down in the next weekend or two.. and then start reassembling..
