    You need to ask the road racers (or Auto-X) like myself Shady.

    I like a front spring rate of 550-650lbs and a rear in the range of 150-180lbs.

    that is why so many buy the legit coilovers as the aftermarket springs for our cars are bogus imo.

    So the Strano Springs are a good rate (the best) compared to all other companies imo....

    Now if you get the Konis or can dial some personal adjustment from there....

    ok so why are legit coilovers bogus??? and secondly with my car being a DD in winter i would want to raise my car back to stock height..that means i would have to have my shocks re-valved??

    It is just spinning a dial or sweeping the front wit an allen key?

    You must be thinking about the 3rd gen version of Konis that some use and yes those have to be removed from the car to be adjusted.

    It is a simple solution just buy shocks for the 4th gen....

    i would personally do breaks first... a good set of SSBC... why dump money in your ride if it can't stop fast enough to save it or some one else....?

    i just did the rotors from the ws6 store and some ceramic pads from autozone.....mine stops really damn good now.....im sure it could be better but for under 300.00 im happy
