Extra 50 bucks is why I am asking.
Yes, you need the coolant bypass and plugs.

I like to put one on to, but the price tag is not worth it to me.

I totally agree with you. I am planning on this being the last mod untill next summer.

That is the ONLY way I could justify spending 1100 Bucks. I will see at least 30-35 HP though with my other mods. Thats alot of HP in just airflow!!

I just ordered it, ITS OFFICIAL!!!

^^ Oh it is big time. ported heads, Kooks 1 7/8 headers, custom exhaust.

Then to have a stock LS1 intake and TB is just stupid!!

I told the guy at the place I bought my MT drag radial's my set up and he chuckled when I mentioned what intake I had. He own's a silver 2000 WS6. Its nice dealing with people that own the same car as you.

Not allow the pedal to go WOT during NASCAR chassis dyno testing. Used as a stop.

Worked the STP concert last night. Decent.

Had some late-night entertainment too. After the crowd dispersed, a few were milling around outside the box office where some trees (trunks about a foot thick) are planted in areas surrounded by railroad timbers roughly 1-1/2 feet higher than the asphalt surface. I heard a guy in a small group yell, "I'm gonna do it", and runs - drunkenly - towards one of the trees. He intentionally runs into it. He loses. Then as he bounces backwards, he loses his balance (what little he had) falls off the railroad timber area, and lands on his back and head on the asphalt - remaining motionless. His friends wander over (they're drunk too) and look at him for a minute. I start walking towards him and they get him on his feet. He gives the standard answer- I'm okay.

I wonder how okay he feels this morning?

He gets the dumbass award for last night.
