Halfway through our holiday shutdown already. Time goes way too fast anymore. Still busting butt on the office renovation and, even though we are on track for January 2nd, we were granted a reprieve to the 14th for the new tenant's official opening. He moved back his departure date from his current employment by 2 weeks. Works for us...

On another note, I have never owned a building with hardwood floors so wasn't at all familiar with how to care for them. We have been using Bona and Murphy's Oil Soap for cleaning the hardwood floors throughout the office. In the room we are renovating, I waxed the floor with S.C. Johnson paste floor wax -- wow! It totally rejuvenated the floor and looks amazing.

Sounds like my niece's experience with her new Xbox One. I told my brother he should probably take it out and run the updates ahead of time, but he never got around to it.
Turned it on just to wait hours for the system to update, and another hour for the game itself to update. Gaming has come a long way, but man it was nice to never worry about updates and patches as a kid.

What's more disturbing? The fact my wife didn't care about $850 worth of drag tires she didn't know about or the fact she doesn't believe I actually saved up for them.

Heading north this morning to go diagnose a non-running Saturn Vue. May just take my .40 and put it out of its misery -- permanently.

Add some Tannerite Jeff, just to make sure the misery is put out quickly and not so quietly.

The spark plugs were 40,000 miles beyond their life expectancy, the 2-3 coil pack was bad, and the ignition module was acting up. $200 in parts and around 5 hours later -- fixed.

The Ford Edge was known to kill the entire ECM due to bad plugs. Glad to be rid of that thing.
