    My wife smoked a set of BF Goodrich Traction T/A's in just over a year on her car. They were not cheap tires. She usually gets at least 2 years out of a set, so I don't know why they didn't last.

    That sounds about right. The 18s I bought from a buddy of mine had BFG
    KDW2 235/40-18 front and 275/35-18 rear. My friend only had them on his car a year. I bought them and burnt the rears out in 6 months. No burnouts. But I did go on long trips last year. Maybe too soft of a compound.

    I PUT the factory ws6 rims on in the winter. During summer I am rolling on 18inch c6 z06 rims. When people see me with my summer rims on, they all ask me what happened to the old ones if I still have them, followed immidiatley by can I buy them.

    psh. it's from scrubbing carbon and head gasket gunk off my block before i honed it last night. there was a lotttttttttttttttttt. and cleaning my pistons back to their original shine
