I've been looking at getting an early-mid 2000's R6. Like an '04 or so. Would make parking easier so I would get to class on time instead of having to wait in line behind stupid slow people in the parking garage that have to come to a dead stop in the middle of every corner.

None needed, it's cheaper than a car. I'd say even the vrod (130 horse) would be cheaper than a rice rocket

Ive got a nightrod special 08, new and tricked to the 9's (85 in 2nd gear and have yet to meet anything to match me down a straight away). It costs me about 800 a year to insure through progressive. As for maintenance, as long as you bring it in when they suggest Ive had no problems. For the record Ive always been a sports bike rider that swore he'd never ride a harley, traded in my R6 for it and havent looked back (very hard anyways)

A new v-rod will run you around 14, any of the special brands up to around 18 (muscle/nightrod special)

Yea, I've begged my parents for the broken down 96' ZX-9 sitting in my Grandmothers garage countless times, but, Mom doesn't want me riding a bike everyday, then my father thinks that insurance will be $1,000,000 every 6 months, so, no hope of geting a bike for me anytime soon. But your parents must be cool as hell though if they are going to allow you to ride a bike everyday.

This was a customized new '06 that sat in a stadium as dealer advertising. They will take just about any offer

if you have the forward controls and short bars like that, you end up in C shape which is fine for about 30 minutes and there's no large bumps... otherwise your lower back will in fact hate you.

Man that sounds Soooooooooooo badass, not as good as a sportbike with a nice exhaust setup though.

    Phantom Black Metallic
    2004 GTO M6

Played some GT4 and tuned my goat. I have been spraying the washer sprayers for the REAL goat all day. They faded to gray and I am painting them satin black.
