1990 Mustang LX -- does it worth the money ?

Hello everyone

i just want you all to share your opinions
does this thing below worth $ 5k ?

a 1990 mustang GT 5.0 LX with lots of upgrades but nothing major. Has 200K miles on the body but the engine and transmission were rebult this past winter. Has 17 inch cobra R rims with brand new tires with less than 1000 miles on them. Has full exhaust with BBK shorty equal length headers, UPR O/R X-pipe and slp loudmouth1 mufflers with chrome MAC 2.5 inch tail pipes. I also have an o/r H-pipe that will go with the car and 2 extra tires. Car has a Cold air intake, hurst short throw shifter, 3.55 rear gears, B303 camshaft and 8mm plug wires

5k is a good asking price,the fox body mustangs are hard to find in the shape yours is in,and fox bodies are selling for more than the 94-95 gt in some auto trader magazines i have seen.
