I have 2 Delco jacks, 1 lightweight low profile aluminum one, and a big ass 2.5 ton one. They have both been good to me.

I just bought the 4 ton craftsman for under $150. It was too good of a deal to pass up and it is very heavy (not aluminum), looks good so far.
