I have an Actron unit (I think it is the CP9175) that I picked up last year. I should have went one step up in order to be able to read individual sensor data. Other than that, it works great and has helped me out several times in diagnosing not only our cars, but friends' and familys' too.

this little guy is great for reading and clearing codes fast. Mac and Matco sell it but I found it cheaper online. Search "OBD ii scanner" Google shopping and you'll find it.

And this scan tool called CReaderV from Launch is a nice large screen scanner that can read/clear codes, read data, and some other stuff

    this one does:

But I would say the ultimate and best for your WS6 is probably HPtuners since it does so much more. Might be overkill depending on what all you wanna do.

Bought a Bluetooth OBD scanner from ebay for around 30 bucks, and connect to it using OBD Guage software for Windows Mobile on my phone, I can read/reset codes and stream and record OBD Data all on my phone, phone is a Sprint Diamond.

I think this is the best bang for the buck if your looking for a decent code reader

If your looking for a little more out of it, they have step ups from that model.

I use Autotap as well. Overall its a very good scantool, especially for $199. They also offer GM/Ford/Chrysler enhanced/extended parameters for $99 extra each. I would like to have the GM version, it adds a ton of useful information.
