Starting 78 Trans Am that has been stored?

Hi. My 1978 Trans Am (pontiac 400) has been stored in my garage for about 9 years unstarted.
At the time of storage it had all new fluids, tires, belts, plugs, filters, wires etc.
What should I do before starting it?

Drain the fuel tank and replace fuel?
I don't want to score the internals since all the oil will be at the bottom.
It has forged venolia dome pistons, molly rings, balanced and blueprinted if that makes a difference and the oil in it is conventional Castrol 10W30.

Please advize what I should do so I do not damage it. Thank you

    Disable the ignition
Crank it until you have oil pressure
    Reconnect the ignition
    Start it up
Fresh fuel as you already know
Engines are more tolerable than one thinks
