    Paint work and wet sanding is done...

    I am just waiting for the reassembly to be complete. I am so glad it's winter time because i want to be driving it...









    Once this stage is done i am putting a new clutch in...

    I didn't spray it so don't give me the credit. it does look like water though. I beleive GM Nationals will be on my agenda this summer.

    Wow! Thats beautiful!! Can't wait to see the finished product! Looks like a similiar color I just painted my '79 Camaro.I used a variation of an 07 Mazda color of yellow.What shade is yours??

    It's actually a shade developed by ford, it's called zinc yellow. My dad originally painted this car when he restored it about 9 years ago. I kept it since he picked such a great color.

    looks great but i noticed especially on the trunk of the car that the black lines seem to taper down. Was this intentional?

    do you mean in the middle the gap gets narrower? I have the three piece spoiler that will be going on it. My dad originally painted this car this color, i told the body shop i want the stripes identical.

    i will be there. I'm going to try to get my dad to come out with the new '68 he bought, his buddy in his '67 vert and his other buddy in his Nova. All of the cars are painted yellow with black stripes. Mine has the best yellow...
