    Cruise In Pics

They opened a new Tractor Supply in our town several weeks ago. A friend that works there arranged a monthly cruise in for the summer that kicked off tonight. Several cars made an appearance, including two other site members. We brought the Corvette and the Monte Carlo SS down. Not a huge turnout, but it's a start.

    My best friend's '70 Dart, our cars, and a 2000 Z-28:

1973 Pontiac GTO, all original, 4 speed car:

    Another friend's '67 Cutlass, 455, Turbo 350, and 3 link, that runs 12.4's:

A latecomer and his Roushcharged Mustang:

TLS_Addict's 1994 Vert (with no oil leak!):

I was there...........without my oil leak. Very cool pics Jeff, wish I would have seen the Rustang. Nice little cars.

Hope that next time rolls around we will have a cat-back on the ol' Corvette.

Rick (the owner) said it was somewhat rare being a 4 speed.

I believe it's a Cuda -- not sure of the year. One of our friends runs a Dodge restoration shop, Performance Automotive, and he brought it.

Once word gets out you should have a nice show going. When we first started ours back when it used to be Quality Farm & Fleet, the first year we had maybe 50 cars by the end of the year. Now we have about around 500 with another 500 or so that just cruise through. It's a blast to see all the great cars out there. If I had more time I'd love to just drive around the country and hit up all the local car shows.

I have a '67 Cutlass with a 330 and a 2 speed waiting in the wings for its restoration. Debating on building a dedicated track car with it as we have enough to drive on the street.

If it has air conditioning it "should" have 3.23 gears without they come standard with 3.42s and the option is 3.23. Pretty cool cars!

Hope next month to have dads corvette, my friends 02 Z06, and maybe I can talk to a few other guys to join us. It was a really good time.

I get to W-B once or twice a year for hearings and that's about it. We may go down and check out Numidia (sp?) sometime later this year, but that's down below and west of you quite a ways.

Any tracks over your way? We have an 1/8 mile that is not too far away up in NY. Beaver Springs is our favorite place to go, but it's 110 miles to get there. Only had our car on the track once so far though.
