    63 chrysler new yorker 413

Just got this from my farm and it's been sitting there with about 50k miles on it and everything was working when it was left. I'm thinking about restoring it, does anyone know anything about one of these cars? Comments are welcomed.

Parts are gonna be scarce and expensive for it. Your best bet for parts is gonna be www.hemmingsmotornews.com. We don't even carry parts for it here at Year One. Good luck on the build.

    Cool cars, but my advice...

find a nice '62 or '63 Plymouth Belvedere or Dodge equivalent and built a super stocker with that 413

I agree with the above, the 413 can be a stout mill, sell NYer and look for a 61-64 polara/sport fury/belvedere etc. and transplant it

Got this car recently and Still have that 413 and the push button transmission out of that 1963 new yorker as well as I have the old 360 out of it, and I also Have a In great shape LS1 out of a 99 trans am that I'm thinking of possibly powering that mean muscle car with, I would like help on if I would have any problems making the transmission on the ls1 work without the computer, I already have the way to get the motor to work with the coil packs and a carb. I just am wondering about those wires that run into the transmission. If anyone has any ideas for me or anything let me know.
