    what is a good cam

    hi evry one can anyone help with a cam ?
    i have 6.0l with z06 heads and intakean body thruotel and headers , what is a good cam for this engine still my hp 350 and i`m looking for bettre hp and torqe

    much thanks for your fast replay but i forget to say i have comp cam
    Lobe 114 . 224/230 Duration, 588/581 Lift.
    should i chang it to higher lift cam

    i dont think just the higher lift will get you want you want. If you want more lift just get different rockers. You should look at cams that have more duration and also if you drop the lsa it will help the power to come on sooner.

    What are you going for? Driveability or just a crazy sounding, loping, peaky powerband? Manual or auto? Mostly street or track? Also, driveability is different to everyone so it all depends on what you want.
