    Talking TSP 233/239 .595"/.603" 112 lsa ??

Does anyone have this cam or videos of this cam? I've found about 3-4 videos of this cam, but I would like to see more. I'm looking at getting it but I would like to hear how it sounds with different setups/conditions-track,etc. I've pretty much made up my mind but it was either this cam or the Torquer232/234 .595"/.598" 112 lsa. I currently have the 224 and just want a little more cam.

    Thanks.

I have a similar cam to that from TR 232/242 .595./.602 111.5LSA and with LTs, full 3" TDs, the lid, UD pully and 4.10s i made 411rwhp/403rwtq i dunno if the way the TSP is crafted will affect the HP levels but thats what my TR did hope it helps!!!

I ran the TV2 in my car for several months. It would turn consistant 12.52-12.56s at FMSP with the stock 98 heads and was great around town. Cam had a nice little chop/rumble to it. I haven't ever ran into anybody running the 233/239. You are running headers right? Fill out your signature and people can help you better.

I hope you put in some stronger valve springs with alot of seat pressure for that cam. Not to mention some new lifters.

I'm going to need new lifters and stronger valve springs... hm..? Are the ones in the heads below not good enough?

    I currently have the following:

Stage 2 CNC PP heads (59cc)
    224/224 .581/.581 112 lsa
    hooker headers
    hooker y
    elec cutout
    k&n fipk

I think that sums it up...

Your head description doesn't say anything about the springs. But that new cam you're looking at is quite a but more stout than what you currently have. You don't want valve float due to the springs are over maxed.
What vendor are you dealing with for those? You should ask them questions about the spring rates with that cam. Also, you should think about going to the 62cc combustion chamber heads for more flow. But then again....contact the vendor for putting the whole picture of cam/valve springs/head flow all together for your car.

Well I don't know the exact details, but I will try to contact them and get all of the details or specs on them.

Those are Patriot Stage 2 (59cc) heads and I am keeping them on until I do a stroker later down the road.

I'd go with the 233/239. I"ve always been a fan of that one. TSP dual springs will handle it fine. Shouldn't need new lifters necesarily.

If you're ordering a kit...Cam, pushrods, and springs; TSP has a package with dual springs for like $750, and they also sell them seperately.
