trying to identify a set of aluminum heads

i have a set of aluminium ls1 heads that i need help identifying. If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated.

they have three numbers on them.

inside between the valves the numbers D082

on the side front the number 0211307460722319

on the side rear the number 2113h7702363

im thinking they are after market but i dont know the manufacturer, i woul like to figure out what they are and the specs on them so i know what i have. agian any help is appreciated and thanks in advance.

I checked those numbers and didn't come up with anything.

Look on the passenger side head right infront of the valve cover on top of the head...see if there is a 3 digit number (241, 243, 806) something like that cast in big raised numbers
