Exclamation Trying do make a final pick on a Cam Package.

i'm looking at purchasing a 34-3600 stall, to match up with a new cam setup. I called comp cam and they recommended a 228 with 588 lift and 112 lsa. Then i called texas-speed and they recommended a 232/234 wiht a 598 lift and 112 lsa. I will have LT, ORY, K&N cold air, LS6 intake, 3.73 gears and a good tune.

THey are both within 20$ or eachother. What do you recommend for a good DD with a mean kick to it.....

I like my 226/228 .585/.588 lsa 112. I think the 228/228 will be just as good if not better, especially if you want to keep drivability.

well then, its the 228 all the way... What about a good stall..A 3400 3500,or 3600???? And what a good reasonable priced stall to go with it...?

Dont know my autos too well but I've read over the years you dont want any smaller than a 3600 stall.
