    The timing cover gasket? Yes.

Don't forget to RTV the corners that attach to the Oil Pan Gasket.

The timing cover gasket is suppose to be a metal frame with a thin layer of rubber embedded on both sides. It sandwiches between the block and timing cover. And yes don't forget the RTV on the corners that attach to the oil pan.

Thanks for the help, pick up all my gaskets and seals at the local dealership and the price was spot on with AutoZone (surprised).
