Stock lifters with cam
I'm going to be getting a cam and supporting parts in the next week or so. My question is should i worry about the stock lifters? My car is a 98 Z28 with 85000 miles. I plan to do ls7 lifters when I do the heads just wondering if it is something i should worry about? The lift on the cam isn't to big. I can get the specs if need. Let me know what you guys think.

How high an RPM are you going to spin?
What is the lift and duration?

RPMs I'm not really sure on, I'll see what my tuner suggest for it to be safe and I wouldn't think much more then 6200ish. The specs on the cam that I can remember is 228/232 lift .595 110LSA, I'm getting it used and i deleted the PM of the specs. When he resends them to me I'll post up more.

I'm still using my stock lifters as well (230/234 .612/.598 112+4), but I'm looking for an upgrade soon.
