Roller Rocker Arms
I am considering a set of roller rocker arms for my 2001 Z28. I see a lot of suppliers out there. SLP sets are about $500. I need input on what to avoid.

I would avoid everything man.
The stock ls1 rockers are fine for almost any application. I would just cam the car and be done with it. 500 is alot of money for very little gain.

not all rocker arms are useless. depends on which ones you buy. i use the vinci/crane 1.8 accelerated lift rockers on the wife's car. this is a dyno back when it had the stock cam.
dyno 9 before
dyno 11 500 miles later
dyno 14 10 months later
Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

be careful with accelerated lift rockers with a higher lift cam. dont really need that at all.

I allready bought a set of Crane accelerated lift roller rocker arms, got them on ebay. My new set up will include;
SLP Cold air induction
K@N Filter
SLP Airbox lid
Granatelli Mass Air Flow(W/cold air tuning)
Throttle body bored out to 78mm
Crane roller rocker arms
JBA Shorty headers
SLP Y pipe
160 Thermostat
Throttle body bypass
reprogram with a Hypertech 3
I wonder how much horsepower I will make?
