    rocker arms

might be considered a bolt on, if it is mods please move to external forum.

considering upgrading the rocker arms and was wondering if a tune is necessary or reccomended for upgrading these? it will be on the same stock cam but will be a larger rocker than stock

rocker kits are currently on sale for $649.00

it sounds high, but you need to understand what comes in the kit. rockers, poly-locks, screw-in-studs, guideplates, and correct length chrome moly pushrods. it converts the valve train to complete adjustability. here's a pic of them on the wife's car.

to me, yes. that way, i never have to worry about that exact thing. easy to do. only thing hard is getting the studs tightened down. thread locker helps there. vinci sells a tool to help there http://vincihighperformance.com/TOOL...NT%20PAGE.HTML

the problem most have is getting zero lash figured out. most end up going too far and hang valves open. follow the instructions well, and you'll be fine.

it definately is a more worth while mod than a throttle body or something small like that that wont gain you much and especially if you dont need a tune for it

one thing i wasn't paying attention to was your car. you have an LT1 engine. so, you would be getting the 1.6 ratio.
