    Question. Ls #8 cylinder colder

    Vortec 5.3 new build #8 cylinder running cooler than the rest 250deg less.

    no fire. check spark injector

    Switched out plugs,coil,injector and wire. Same result. Did a compression test 3 to 4 strokes got up to 150. Took off rockers compressed air in cylinder really didn't hear air escaping but possible thru exaust valve . Haven't done leak down yet. All new build .this Lq4 has the fitech 750 hp unit w/trans controller and intake. First ran about six months ago and seemed to run fine just need some tuning. Pulled engine and put on stand while working on body. Reinstalled engine this week. Oil Primed engine before starting. Sounded ok after check heat range on exaust pipes (headers).# 7 was at 150
    or so .check plug . Blackish by ground side or bend rest of plug wash whitish.

    P.S. ls7 lifters and push rods are 7.400 At one point while cranking heard a load back fire out exaust.
