    Pulled Pushrods need Help

So my cars been ticking for a few days and I finally got a chance to pull the valve covers today....Well I decided I might as well undo the the pushrods and take a look at the rods...and found a slightly bent rod but....

The problem is I apparently wasn't aware I needed to do the whole turning the engine over by the pully ...So how do I install new pushrods?Im hoping I could just drop and new ones and retighten the bolts????

    Any input is welcomed

    Nope.

22 ft/pounds for the rocker bolts.
Drop the pushrods in, put the rocker on, tighten.

You got it !!! Put it to gether & fire it up ! Might take a few minutes for the lifters to pump up & adjust, and maybe a little tapping, but should clear up quickly. Good Luck !
