piston ring question
If I have already broke in my motor and need to pull the piston out is it important to put the piston back in with the rings in the excact location that they were initially put in? I have read that rings will rotate so it is not important but others say that it is.

really doesn't matter. just make sure the top and second ring gap are 180* apart from each other.
