Patriot heads question

Long story short I'm doing an LS1/T56 conversion in my BMW. I bought Patriot stage 2 ls6 style heads, and the conversion kit for the LS came with custom longtube headers. Now, the place where I got the conversion kit is VERY reputable, but when I got the headers on, 2-3 of the header bolts want to go in offset. I can't tell if it's the header flange drilled out wrong (although they were CNC cut) or if maybe the Patriot head bolt threads are alittle off.

Has anyone had any problems getting the header bolts to go in on the Patriot heads? I'm guessing it's the headers, but I was just curious

take the gasket an put it on the side of the head an look that way, be alot easyer then putting the headers in an youll be able to see

nope no problems with mine.

if the header gasket matches up with head,but NOT with the headers ,in large the holes in the header to match up to the gasket.
