parts help asap please

hey guys im really need some help i messed my car up pretty bad i need an oil pump cam lifters cam bearings push rods gaskets i dont ever have time to look cuz im always working tryin to pay for it so if u guys could help me out id appriciate it i need brand names part #s the works it was all stock but id like to go up on the cam but not much cuz its a dd so one that will make decent power without killing the mpgs i got an ls6 intake and port and polised throttle body arp head bolts headers i just need to know what lifters cam size cam bearings and oil pump for the most part thanks for all the help and i might spray it with a 100 shot everyonce in awhile to the only things i got done to it prior this is an air box lid and 3:73 and 3600 please help fast i want to order parts today any help is greatly appriciated thanks
