    Noisey Roller Rockers

    Noisey Flat Tappets/Roller Rockers

    I installed new Comp Cam XE262H & matching flat tappet lifters, Alumn. Heads and Roller Rockers in a Chevy 350. I've adjusted the roller rockers three times as per instructions and I can get the tappets to quiet down. They sound slightly out of adjustment! I had to go to steel valve covers to get clearance for roller rockers and firewall. I suspect alumn. valve covers would be quieter.

    Any ideas??
