Mti R1 Cam
Does or has any body ever used this cam?Iam just trying to get some type of feed back on it.Thinking of going with it but looking into somthing from TSP. Also whats more important lift or duration ? The R1 specs. are 232/236 with a 576/578 lift on a 114.

Red- 1999 Chevy Camaro Z28
Never really looked into that cam before, but at least it doesn't require the expensive comp 921 springs. I would imagine that cam should be a fairly nice street cam, not to aggressive and not to tame either.
99 z28 cam,m6 ,S60 4.56gears,Fast 90/90 full boltons,more mods one day.
11.2 @ 123mph.
