Sadly....slp doesn't do anything well.
Bigger isn't always better.
There are smaller cams that run 11.5's.

are you just jumping on the bandwagon when you say that or do you have a personal experience with their parts failing on you or being shitty. I know a lot people that say that slp is crappybut theycant back it up. I'll tell you what, any heads are better then the shitty 98 heads. So what would be the best cam giving the most power and best times

slp didn't port those heads. They outsourced.
I had one of their customer service reps call me a liar after their oil pump basicly fell apart before even being used.

so since you had a bad expierence with one part all their stuff is grabage??? IDK.... that just isnt right to me... i love their exhaust... almost everyone uses thier lid and those things... they might have assholes working thier but w/e. I like to try things out and not always listen to people. and just like you said, they outsource thier stuff. The heads they sell right now are done by AFR. and that i know AFR sell the top of the line heads for our car so.... they sound decent to me. I got the heads for 400 dollars so i saved almost 2000 on brand new heads... im not complaining.

Feel free to waste your money on them.
I used to have their exhaust, I have since moved on.
SLP longtubes, SLP cats, SLP loudmouth. Sounded like complete shit. Headers started rusting after a year on a car that never sees rain and is garaged.
Your money.

lol, i think for the most part headers start rusting after a while. Mine are ceramic coated and they have some rust on them. i dont really care about cosmetics and how cute the headers are going to look. As long as they stay performing.
Lol could you just help me out on the cam, i dont know to much about them and what shows the best results on our cars.

I have Kooks headers now. No rust. Won't be any rust either.
Same price, much better product.
As for the cam, who will tune it? A4 or M6? Gears? Stall if A4? Rearend?

trick flow are the best heads
talking to patrick G over at thunder racing he has speced out alot of good cams, some that are make close to the power of stroker engines, of course you need the right combo

as of right now i have the stock rear end. i know its a piece of crap but itll have to do for now because im very tight on money. shoot im a 17 year old with a crapp job.
After the cam swap ill change to 4.10 gears. I have an m6. i know that alot of slp stuff is crap, but since they send heads away to be worked i dont really consider them slp if that makes sence.
So what approach should i take to finding the best cam for me because i dont know much about the heads but the port sizes. when i do the cam i will put the best components in it and wont go cheap there.

Luos, what do you think about adding a ms3 or ms4 to a bolt on ls1 and having it tuned?

i was just thinking why not look into the trickflow setup summit has, they have a 500hp setup
complete topend kit with rockers and everything, i just helped my buddy install one
runs a little over 3k
get a ls2 timing chain and a ls6 pump or something depending on your milage
