    Question LS7 valve springs

Just wondering are ls7 valve springs interchangable with ls2 heads? I want to rise redline to 7000 rpm and retain factory like operation and longevity.

yes. goal is the move peak hp/tq higher in the rpms but keep over all power profile. I like the flat factory torque curve, consistant power application to wheels. (custom cam grind probably).

Planning FI, I want to be able to hold first until 55 - 60 mph.

    FI normally doesn't require revs.

I am not certain, but I don't believe the LS7 springs fit. What about the Comp 918's??

how many miles are the 918's good for? My car is DD and I average a 1000 miles per month. I read some where that aftermarket springs are good for about 30000 miles. I am still new to modding and trying to gather as much info before forking over all that cash for parts.
