    LS2 harmonic balancer into LS6?

    I have a friend who's got an LS6 motor, and I have the LS2 harmonic balancer off my LS2 (which I can't use, since the motor's gone into my Z). The question is:

    Can he use the balancer off my engine for his LS6?

    is the ls2 balancer from a vette, gto or what? they are different between vettes and fbodys, and i believe the trucks are also different. its the depth from the edge of the pulley to the block. the vette pulley doesnt stick out as far as the others.
