    Lq9 heads

Just wondering if anyone here has swapped out their stock ls1 heads for the lq9 truck heads? I understand these heads have a larger combustion chamber and bolting them up to the ls1 lowers compression, making this combo great for forced induction. Anyone do it? If so what where your results?

They will lower your compression. Make sure to get the 317 cast. Not the knock off patriot casts. Use a GMMLS head gasket and ARP head studs and you will be good to go. Of course put some good springs.
