Injector Fitment
I'm test fitting everything before I do my install and I noticed that my 38# Injectors sort of do not fit in the holes of my FAST 90. They go in and seal, but they are not flush with the outlet on the bottom of the intake. Is this a problem? or are they supposed to be like this?
Edit: they are hitting the part of the injector that is the first part that gets large from the bottom.
Here is what they look like:

blacker than wesleysnipes- 98' trans am
they have a cone spray pattern if i am not mistaken so you should be ok..i am thinking back to my ls6 intake install when i looked at the injector fitment..and i dont believe they are flush either..slightly recessed i believe...that and the fast lsx series are modeled after the ls6..so i doubt anything on the injector fitment etc is different

my red tops sit in the same way, so I don't think you'll have a problem... Car's almost together?
Edit: You may have to push the fuel rails down and seat the injectors. Don't be too rough, but you should be able to push them down a little.Last edited by 01ws6er; 03-09-2009 at 06:20 PM.
