    1999 CAMARO SS

    Idle issue

    My Camaro idles fine just below 1,000 when the car is first started, once i go out for a good 30 min cruz it has a slightly higher idle just above 1,000. If I cut the car off and back on it goes right back to just below
    1,000. Any ideas?

    1999 SS NBM. Hard top M6,
    TS LT's ~ TS Catted Y-pipe ~ Magna-Flow Cat-back With Cut-out.

    Are you throwing any codes? First thing I would check is your IAC and TPS sensors on the TB.

    ^^ This. Sounds like you may need to clean the throttle body and IAC valve.
