how much you got on stock rods?

I'm getting ready to start procuring more parts. And as usual my mind changes on what to get over and over. Went from nitrous fed stroker, turbo 6.0 to now just a built 6.0 with some gas for now. I have the block and will be buyng the pistons soon. Question is the rods though, I will be going all ARP fasteners and shot peening etc them of course but how many of you with say 500 or more are still using stock rods because if I can use that 500$ on something else since I'm not shooting for 1K hp just yet. Anyone using stock rods with ARP's and if so how much are you pushing?

just my opinion, I'd go with the better rods now, that way you will have a bullet proof bottom end to throw anything you want at down the road. we all know new mods feel really fast for awhile, but then we get used to the power and want more....the bottom end will be ready

+1. Might as well get it done while the engine is out and have it ready for future mods.
