    how hard?

    how hard would you say it is to rebuild a ls1?? from removing to break down?? im not an expert mech. but i have common sense soo infro or expriance would be nice

    there's a guy on ebay that sells a dvd called, "how to rebuild your LS1 generation 3 small block." Its $20 I bought one and it tells in GREAT detail how to rebuild it and the torque specs. It dosent show how to pull the motor though.

    The DVD will get you off to a good start. However, the right tools is a must, along with the specialty tools, like pulley & balancer pullers, etc.

    ok sweet i just wanted to know because on base we have a hobby shop. that has everyhting you would need.. even a lift lol so i just wanted to see about books or dvds anyone knew about.. thanks guys
