    Question High RPM Noise

At About 6,000 RPM and higher I get a "clicking" noise from what sounds like the driver's side front engine bay. Any ideas what could be causing it? Is this a typical lifter noise? Any help is appreciated. Thanks Again.

You think that's bad, at around 300-mph out on the highway I start to get the most lousy radio reception you could ever imagine possible...

Seriously though, how much mileage is on that engine, and how frequent do you find yourself @ 6000+RPM lol? Are you still running the stock valvetrain...?

Still stock, except the hypertech III which allows the RPMs. Only rev it that high after a few " too many ", but it is still a problem. (LOL) Should I just tune it down to around 5500, or really be concerned? (37000 Miles)

I wouldn't be too concerned until you start hearing the very same noise at idle, in which you will, if you keep bringing the RPM that high on the stock springs and pushrods....

yeah change those pushrods. I dont have a cam or anything and i changed mine. Worse thing u can do is over rev ur stock valvetrain and bend ur pushrods. Changing them aint that hard also. I did em myself
