Heads Question

Hello guys,
I have recently installed AFR heads cam etc. When i am running the engine i hear a noise out of what seems to be the rocker arms. When i installed them i torqued the bolts down to 26lb. I cant imagine the noise be coming from anything else. Do you have any suggestions?

What does it sound like? Have you put your ear close to the motor to determine exactly where it is coming from?

I have a ton of noise from my motor, but that is because my rockers tap my valve covers due to the high lift cam.

yes i did. The noise is actually not coming from the rockers. i also have a .600" lift n them. I noticed its actually coming from somewhere near the crank. As i listen to the valve train it runs pretty smooth. when i go below the heads behind the water pump i hear a slight tapping when its idling its maybe taps about 3-4 times a second. I put on a 60% underdrive balancer hub however have not found the balancer itself yet. I feel it was safe to run the motor to test it out and tie up all lose ends before i get it. Now im considering putting back the stock balancer to see if there will be any change. What do you think?
