    heads and cam

i was looking at purchasing patriots 243 casting ls6 head and maybe a 224/228 or a 228/228.i have a 2000ss 3500 stall, shift kit, headers lid and pulley, sfc.I talked to my performance shop told me w/ a cam maybe 350-360hp range and w/heads 400hprange. that seems low.iguess autos make 10-15 hp difference. does this seem right and how fast in the quarter mile should i expect. i was thinking 12.5 range.he told me high 11s.Plus w/ parts and labor i was lookin at $3500 w/ the timing chain, plugs, apr bolts, oil pump, and the heads and cam, installed and dyno tuned.is it a decent price

Sounds about right for the labor and parts. 400 rwhp on an auto is a good number.
