    Guys with iron blocks in here!!!

    Okay, getting close to having my 402 ready to put in.

    Obviously, I need to have some holes punched for the alternator bracket in the new block.
    Has anyone done this themselves?? Or did you guys take it to a machine shop.

    It looks like the center bolt of the bracket wouldn't be able to be punched, is this right??

    Should be a boss on the block for drilling the upper hole. Two holes will suffice to hold the alternator.
