whats the cam specs and what version of dart heads??
you gonna have the heads milled or ported?

youll need a whole cam kit that has springs and all.
also hardened pushrods, high flow oil pump and ls2 timing chain.

save youre money and port the stock throttle body and get a used or new ls6 intake.

a 3500 stall is good, get a shift kit and a trans oil cooler for it also.
a dyno tune will also be needed for everything to run good.

here's what you should aim for, . .

mild to big cam, something in the 230's with new springs and pushrods, ls2 timing chain is not necessary, oil pump is not necessary either, just port your current oil pump, . . the BBK throttle body is 80mm while the stock one is 78mm, . . jus port the throttle body, waste of a few hundred with the BBK, why the holley intake? i think the only advantage towards the holley is that its designed for a hassle-free direct Nitrous injection. . . . . i would get an ls6 intake, . . or better yet, . . get the new 90mm ls6 intake from TPIS followed witha NW throttle body, . . . . but before you go through all that performance take care of the foundation, . . .

oh, i forgot about the heads, . . im currently shoppin for some heads too and im leaning towards the CNC machined LS6 heads, . . the 5.3L heads have a smaller combustion chamber but also smaller valves, . . you would have to buy new and bigger valve seats and valves, . . i dunno, the LS6 heads seem to be a better bang for the buck, . . but like i said . im still shoppin, . . . and what about your exhaust? you can't jus eat and eat and eat and not poo could you? you need to let your ss breathe towards the back end

this is completely dependant on how you drive it........if you drive it hard and launch hard from a stop or if you ever use drag tires/slicks it obviously will not last as long.....considering that there already is 100k on it you will probably need to upgrade sooner rather than later unless you don't drive it that hard. Usually anything over 400 horse and you should definately upgrade.........just my opinion though. You could get lucky and it will last a while. I would just drive it until it pops and then upgrade to a twelve bolt when it goes, unless you just want to make it reliable and get it over with now.
