Good cam?
this is what the OP said
Crane cam torquer II, Beautiful sounding idle, 417hp to the rear wheels. Purchased cam for $650.00 originally. Cam has 850 miles on it.
will this fit my LS1. im sorta lost and need help
he is selling it for 150. sounds sorta fishy. any ideas

It would depend on what type of motor it was in before if it was anything other then an LS motor I would most likely say no it would not work. You could always call the manufacturer to double check though (I have not done to much research into SBC gen I or II into the LS1). While you are at you will need at least new springs. I would also suggest go ahead and get a new ported LS6 oil pump and a LS2 timing chain. You will also need a few minor things like some oil and coolant but nothing else that I can think of as far as expensive parts.

Never heard of an LS1 cam costing more than $420 new.

crane doesn't have a torquer II cam. can't remember who does. $150.00 is a good price.
