    gear drive

well this has nothing to do with an LS series engine but i have a small block 350 and rebuilding it, .030 over and .020 on mains and rods. i'm building the engine for my jeep rock crawler. I have decided to go with a gear drive timing set up, i'm looking into one. are they hard to install/? or they just like a chain? some were i was reading you have to grind some of the block to fit some gear drives in.

If memory serves some kits did have lceance issues with some castings. As for ease of install yeap pretty much llike a chain I would think.
