Cleaning cylinder head bolt holes
Cleaning out our cylinder head bolt holes is almost worst than cleaning of the graphite gasket. But this job a used a small bucket mounted shop vac I bought at home depot for $22.00 and an accessory kit made by Dewalt. The accessory kit had a small tube attachment that fit right down into the 11mm holes. Still follow up with a paper towel but this is a lot faster.

You still need to run thread chasers down the holes. You may have gotten a lot of the debris but I can almost guarantee there is still trash in the threads. Also long q tips and many of theme. So you can get all liquids out of the holes. Otherwise you'll have the block crack.
