white- 99 trans am convertible
cam and valve train info for a newbie
could some one please run me through in lemans terms what cam grinds refer to sizes in respect to a stock cam. What duration and lobes means in terms to performance of a motor.
Also spring information. Lifter and push rods. Rocker arms versus hydraulic.
I apologize, im a newbie aways had my dad do the motor work and I stuck to setups. Now I have to learn the hardway. Thanx fellas
