You just gave a description for like 20 different cams all those companies make good streetable cams that have good power gains.
Do you want a choppy idle or smooth stock idle, if you want smooth go with a 114 and choppy 112 or less. As for springs you just need to make sure they can handle the lift you cam is gonna put out.
Then your gonna need push rods, and a timing chain a better oil pump is also recommended, plus gaskets and your gonna need a spring compressor and lifter holders for when you pull the cam shaft dont want those lifters falling in. Unless your gonna take the whole motor out and apart lol.

yeah good question, ive been thinking about a swap for mine. i like the whole choppy sound of new cams and such but i've heard of motors surging allot and that just doesent sound good to me. this is a DD would i be able to get away with just swapping the cam or would you have to do the whole lifer, spring, rods, all that good stuff?

I just did mine a month ago changed cam, valve springs and pushrods. Went with tsp's 228R cam 114 LSA instead of 112 and it idles decently

If you want you could jsut do the cam and sporings but other stuff will break, lifters you dotn need to do pushrods hell yes, timing chain for sure and oil pump really depends on if you feel yours is still at its prime. to be safe im changing mine.
