Try calling texas speed they will hook u up with what your looking for. If ur lookin into that big choppy sound try a cam like the ms4. Just depends on what ur lookin for really u can get the 228R cam on 110 lsa and get that nice choppy sound to.

yea i had talked to them..i also forgot to say my car is m6 ...they had suggested the torquer v3 because the goat is a littl;e heavier and that cam will have a little more bottom end grunt...i like the sound of the ms4..but my concern was what about dropping valves ???i have heard a couple horror stories of this with a cam that big..or is that the idiots that dont know enough to warm the car up before they drive it??

yea personally this is the cam im going with in my z. The guy i talked to there had the ms3 in his and had a 125 shot with it and no problems at all. I like the ms4 b/c it has a much better low end tq gain than the ms3 only issue they told me was replacing the springs more often b/c of the size of the cam. They told me no ptv clearance issues with stock heads for me or flycutting. If ur gonna get diff heads then ull def have to check clearance issues. Like i said try searching the 228R cam see what u think then think about the larger cams and kind of make ur decision b/w them.

MS4 with stage 2 243s
Heres a dyno of a MS4 with Stage 2 243s. Its an A4. I've ran the Torquer V2 before this cam. Its a nice pulling cam. But a TV3 lifts just as high as a MS4 on the intake. All you would need is a set of 3.73s. I would tell you to go 4.11s but not if your spraying!

im making crazy power w/just a little 224 .581 @112 cam. people cant believe it. sounds great in person. might not have the big cam chop you're looking for, but it sure doesnt sound stock and have a great power/TQ curve...heads are Patriot Stage II 59cc 6.0L castings...

I would call Cam Motion and Crane they both have quit a few new LS grinds that love the bottle.
Cam Motion (225) 926-6110
I usually talk to Tony @ Crane (386) 258-6174
Just do your self a favor and be honest when you answer all the ?'s a lot of people tend to bend the specs and or intended use of the car when talking to them which is only hurting your power.
Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!
