The intake is the easiest choice here. Most people seem to agree with the LS6 intake. As for headers and cam it's entirely what you prefer. Long Tubes are better than shorties for performance. Down side is you'll have to either run no cats or high flow cats with a different y-pipe to your catback exhaust. Of course you can go true duals too. Shorties just bolt right in place of your stock manifolds. I'm not gonna touch on the cam. Click on some of the sponsors and check their available cams out. Call them and get a recommendation with your mods. I would definitely get a tune after headers, cam and intake.

    ls6 intake.
if youre car is an auto, get the 224/224 cam,
if youre a stick, get the 228/228 cam.with both cams youll need the whole cam kit, plus you should get an ls2 timing chain along with a ported oil pump.
all long tube headers make the same power. get whichever fit youre budget.
also if you are an auto, you will need a 3000 rpm or so stall converter.

Thats right. All the LT headers work equally well - simply because you are running backpressure through a full exhaust. Exhaust doesnt care how pretty headers look. THey just want the right sized primary and length. The optimum size for an LS1 is 1 3/4 and 34", with at least a foot long collector.

Inside diameter is more important than length.
