    Cam should not effect temp.

Sure you have enough coolant? Did you do the install?

What gauge are you looking at?? The factory one is very inaccurate.

No i had it done at a shop. And yeah i have enough coolant. And im looking at the temp gauge and the oil pressure gauge. And before i had the cam it never ever went above 210.

    Stock gauges though right??

If so, the temp. one is pretty much a 4 stage thing. Cold, warming, warmed, and overheat. Ignore the actual temp reading on it....as long as it doesn't go red.

I have an aftermarket temp. gauge, and they tend to show at least 20-30 degrees different.

An aftermarket cam can make the car run a little hotter but unless the thing is a monster, good tuning should take care of that.

I'd try to purge the system....may just have some air still trapped in there. What t-stat is in the car and did you do a ported oil pump with the cam swap?

take your cap off the radiator and start the car and let it idle for a bit until the coolant starts flowing to purge the air and see if that helps.
