What are you wanting to do with your car?
Well to start with you should really look at getting long tube headers, y pipe, and catback, so a cam can breath better. Then I would suggest getting a 224R from Texas Speed.SLP LT's, SLP High Flow Cats, 3" Flowmaster CB, Comp Cam, SLP Lid, LS6 Intake, BBK 80mm TB, SFC, Ram Air HO Hood, Lowered, Torq Thrust II's

I'm gonna go against the grain a little here. I'd recommend a 220/220 .581/.581 @112+2lsa Comp XE-R lobed cam. It will give you more torque than the 224 grind and make roughly the same top-end power. Plenty of people over here have that cam installed and it is a little ripper - nice DD ability, good sound and almost stock manners. It can be run on stock intake/exhaust cars to good effect too. 114+2lsa also works.
Cheers,
Macca

I think when I get a cam it will be the torquer v2 232/234 .595/.598 114LSA.
